The Leaders at The Sanctuary are strong in their Faith and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our Leaders strive to be like Jesus in every way: Loving, Compassionate, Forgiving, Faithful, Gentle, & Patient. The problems of life can often overwhelm us and having church leaders like the ones at The Sanctuary can go a long way in smoothing life's bumpy road. Led by Senior Pastor Bishop Steve Stewart and his lovely wife Lisa. With help from his Associate Pastor Steve and Darlene Cummings & Youth Pastor Zach and Ashley Cummings.
SENIOR PASTOR STEVE & LISA STEWART
Pastor Steve and Lisa started their ministry as youth pastors in 1998. They have been married 25 years. Lisa is a graduate of Louisville High School. Lisa is the Worship & Praise team leader at The Sanctuary. Pastor Stewart is graduate from McKinley Senior High School. He has preached many revivals, youth events, marriage retreats, and training courses. Both Steve and Lisa have completed the Church of God Ministerial Development Program. The Sanctuary Church of God was planted in 2003. Pastor Steve is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and also serves on The Ohio Church Of God Youth & Discipleship Board.
